Privacy

This is a small community site. We collect as little as we can and never sell anything.

What's public

Anything you put in a listing's public fields: event details, group details, and speaker profiles, including any contact info or links you choose to show.

What's private

• Your email on submissions is seen only by volunteer moderators, so they can ask about your listing.
• Speakers' email addresses are never shown. Requests to contact a speaker go to moderators first, and only approved requests are passed on.
• Messages from the contact form go only to the site team.

Other services

Maps use OpenStreetMap, and addresses are looked up once with OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service when a listing is submitted. The site is hosted on Netlify. If spam protection is turned on, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions. There are no ads or tracking cookies.

Changing or removing your information

Use the private edit link you got when you submitted, or contact us and we'll take care of it.
